Report a student absence (sick leave)
- Is your child unwell? Please report this before 9:00 a.m. by contacting the administration at +297 587 1583 or via email at [email protected].
- If your child becomes ill at school, we will contact you to ask that you come and pick up your child. It is therefore important that we always have your current phone numbers on file.
- If your child is ill during a test week or exam period (SE or CSE for final-year students), or within two days before or after a holiday or on special days such as a sports day, your child must report to Medwork on the same day between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. There, it will be determined what is the matter, after which a doctor’s note will be issued. Please submit this note to the administration preferably on the same day, but no later than within three school days after reporting the illness. The school has a contract with MEDwork, and the cost to parents is AWG 35,- per consultation.
