An objective benchmark
Schakel College is accredited by both the Aruban and the Dutch Inspectorates of Education. Each inspectorate evaluates our secondary education from its own perspective: the Aruban inspectorate focuses on the Aruban curriculum, while the Dutch inspectorate oversees the Dutch curriculum. For this purpose, the school is affiliated with Stichting NOB (Dutch Education Abroad).
In addition, Schakel College is also accredited by Nuffic as a bilingual education school, which confirms that we meet the quality standards for bilingual education.
